AN ACT relating to a simplified method for modifying child support, child custody, and visitation orders of a minor child.
     Amend KRS 403.213, 403.320, and 403.340 to permit the Supreme Court of Kentucky to adopt court rules and simplified forms for the modification of child support, child custody, and visitation, in coordination with the Cabinet for Families and Children.
