AN ACT relating to the Education Professional Standards Board.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 160 to require the Education Professional Standards Board to establish ranks of teachers; amend KRS 160.380 to authorize the Education Professional Standards Board to promulgate administrative regulations relating to employee qualifications; amend KRS 157.390 to conform.
