AN ACT relating to personal telecommunications devices in public schools.
Amend KRS 158.165 to require a local board of education to develop a policy regarding the possession and use of a personal telecommunications device by a student on school property or at a school-related activity; delete language prohibiting the possession and use of a paging device by a student on school property or at a school-related activity.
