AN ACT relating to school safety.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to direct the principal or the principal's designee or other person to assist the school bus driver with discipline problems, to provide options for disciplining a pupil who is a threat to others, to provide conditions under which a pupil may be ejected from a bus; prescribe the procedures for suspension of a pupil for prohibited acts against a bus driver or other person, and to require a plan of intervention for serious offenses on school buses; amend KRS 158.150 to conform.
