AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 136.070 to define "doing business" and to expand the corporate license tax to include any corporation doing business in Kentucky; Amend KRS 141.010 to define "doing business;" Amend KRS 141.040 and 141.206 to expand the income tax to include the income of any corporation, S corporation, or partnership doing business in Kentucky.
