AN ACT relating to public school transportation.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 157 to establish a fund to provide matching grants for transporting ninth through twelfth grade students participating in extracurricular activities to locations within the state.
HB 292 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, M. Marzian) - Retain original provisions except add requirement that the Kentucky Board of Education shall ensure that districts receiving funds meet the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 as amended.
