AN ACT relating to public utilities.
     Amend KRS 278.495 to change the citation of the public service commission's authority to regulate the safety of natural gas facilities from: the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 to a U.S.C. code; include in the authority any minimum safety standard adopted by the U.S. Department of Transportation; include other technical changes to conform.
