AN ACT relating to city civil service positions.
     Amend KRS 90.300 to exclude "non-civil service positions" from the definition of "employee" for cities of the second class; amend KRS 90.310 to allow cities of the second and third class to classify and designate the class of employee to be covered by a civil service commission.
