AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 508 to define "full or partial nudity," "photographs," "films," and other terms; establish the crime of invasion of privacy for a person who acts as a Peeping Tom; establish exceptions for criminal investigations and observation of inmates; establish penalties of Class B misdemeanor for a first offense, Class A misdemeanor for a second offense, and Class D felony for each subsequent offense.
