AN ACT relating to Social Security numbers.
     Amend KRS 186.412, relating to issuing a driver's license, to provide for the state to issue two types of Class D driver's licenses, one that uses a person's social security number and can be used for federal identification purposes and when applying for a commercial drivers license, and one that prohibits using a person's social security number but cannot be used for federal identification purposes or when applying for a commercial driver's license; prohibit collecting a social security number when applying for a nondriver identification card; amend KRS 186.490, relating to the duties of a circuit clerk, to conform; amend KRS 116.155, relating to voter registration forms, to conform.
