AN ACT prohibiting the licensing of felons as inspectors in certain occupations.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 335B to prevent felons from acting as plumbing, electrical, building, plans and specifications, elevator, HVAC, or fire inspectors; amend various other sections to conform.
