AN ACT relating to elections.
     Amend KRS 117.265 to change date for declaration of intent for write-in candidate from not later than 10 days preceding regular election to not later than the second Tuesday in August; amend KRS 117.275 to allow the local governing body of each dominant political party to decline copy of election return in writing by filing a written declination with the county clerk before the election.
