AN ACT relating to operators' licenses.
Amend KRS 186.440, regarding eligibility for motor vehicle operators' licenses, to prohibit granting of a license to non-U.S. citizens in the country on tourist visas; amend KRS 186.480, regarding testing for drivers' licenses, to clarify exemption from testing for licenseholders from other states.
