HB 356/FN (BR 1553) - R. Adkins
AN ACT relating to the Flood Control Advisory Commission.
Amend KRS 151.560 to provide that seven (7) members instead of nine (9) shall constitute a quorum of a meeting of the Flood Control Advisory Commission; require members to receive a one hundred dollar ($100) stipend for attending meetings.
HB 356 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, K. Bratcher) - Create a new section of KRS Chapter 151 to require the Flood Control Advisory Commission to establish a subcommittee for each county containing a city of the first class to study development in that county's flood plain; establish membership and terms of subcommittee; provide payment of necessary expenses for attending meetings; require the Flood Control Advisory Commission to provide necessary staff services and resources to support the subcommittee in its duties.
SCA (1, D. Karem) - Delete the seven members quorum, thereby retaining the nine member quorum provision.
