HB 361 (BR 1516) - D. Ford

     AN ACT relating to telephone directory advertisements.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 relating to consumer protection to require out of state businesses to identify their out of state status or give their address in telephone directory advertisements.

HB 361 - AMENDMENTS


     HCA (1, D. Ford) - Include provision limiting application of bill to business subject to the advertisement or listing.
     SFA (1, M. Long) - Add a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to establish a "zero call list" for persons over 70 years of age who do not want to receive telephone solicitations; create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to make the foregoing an unfair trade practice.
     SFA (2/Title, M. Long) - Change title to AN ACT relating to consumer protection.
