HB 363 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/FN - Amend KRS 118.245 to abolish the runoff primary for gubernatorial slates, provide that slate of candidates receiving highest number of votes in a primary shall be the nominees of that party for Governor and Lieutenant Governor and shall receive a certificate of nomination; amend various other sections to conform.
HFA (1, M. Marzian) - Amend to provide for 35% threshold for gubernatorial primary.
