AN ACT relating to adult day health care programs and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to define adult day health care program; require promulgation of administrative regulations to establish requirements for licensure; prohibit the operation of an adult day health care program without a license; establish appeal procedures for actions by the cabinet to deny, revoke, suspend, or modify a license; permit licensed adult day health care programs to also be licensed to provide nonemergency health transportation services; EMERGENCY.
