AN ACT relating to emergency medical services.
     Create and amend various sections of KRS Chapters 211 and 311 to specify new membership and duties for the Kentucky Emergency Medical Services Council; create new sections of KRS Chapter 304 to specify that health and motor vehicle insurance cover ambulance service; create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to specify that state health insurance programs cover ambulance service; create and amend various sections of KRS Chapter 311 to provide for discipline and provision of services by paramedics.
