AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapters 7B, 11, 12, 42, 45A, 48, 56, 131, 151, 153, 177, 247, and 342, to establish the Governor's Office for Policy Research and the Governor's Office for Economic Analysis in the Office of State Budget Director in the Governor's Office; transfer responsibilities for revenue estimating and economic analysis from the Finance and Administration Cabinet to the Office of State Budget Director; abolish the Office of Program Administration in the Governor's Office; rename the Finance and Administration Cabinet's "Office of Financial Management and Economic Analysis" the "Office of Financial Management"; confirm Executive Reorganization Order 99-1439.
