AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 507.010 to include unborn children within the definitions of "person" and "human being" as used in KRS Chapter 507 and to preclude the application of the provisions of Chapter 507 to any abortion to which the mother has consented or to any of the mother's acts that cause the death of her unborn child.
