AN ACT relating to state boards.
     Amend KRS 61.645 to make the State Treasurer a member of the Kentucky Retirement Systems' Board of Trustees; amend KRS 164.746 to name the State Treasurer as a voting member of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority's Board of Directors.
