AN ACT relating to powers of attorney.
     Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 454 to codify and make modifications to the law attendant to powers of attorney, including the duties and responsibilities arising under a power of attorney, setting out prohibited and restricted acts, allowing for accounting and record keeping, execution, and venue, and record keeping; amend KRS 386.093 and 387.530 to conform.
