AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Confirm Executive Orders 98-636 and 98-1591 by creating a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to establish nominating commissions for each community college board of directors who shall provide names of nominees to the board for appointment by the Governor and by amending KRS 164.600 to conform.
