AN ACT adopting the Uniform Prudent Investor Act and making changes incidental thereto.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 386 to adopt the Uniform Prudent Investor Act; amend KRS 386.800, 387.125, 61.650, 76.269, 95.915, 164A.110, 198A.120, 212.490, 220.605, and 224A.170 to conform; repeal KRS 287.277, 386.020, 386.023, 386.070, and 386.710; effective August 1, 2000.
