AN ACT adopting the Uniform Principal and Income Act.
     Adopt the Uniform Principal and Income Act by creating new sections to KRS Chapter 386; establish definitions; establish provisions pertaining to decedent's estate or terminating income interest; establish apportionment at beginning and end of income interest; establish allocation of receipts during administration of trust; establish allocation of disbursements during administration of trust; establish miscellaneous provisions; repeal the Kentucky Revised Uniform Principal and Income Act.
