AN ACT relating to oil and gas.
     Amend KRS 353.510 to modify the definition of well; amend KRS 353.565 to increase from $50 to $150 the per diem of commission members; amend KRS 353.590 to require plat certification by a land surveyor and registered engineer for wells underlaid by coal-bearing stratum; require successor operator to well to pay $25 fee per well to the department; amend KRS 353.651 to increase entitlement of an operating owner in a pooled drilling unit from 1 1/4 to 2 times the share of the costs payable by or charged to the interest of the nonparticipating owner.
