AN ACT relating to locksmiths and locks.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 309 to require locksmiths to check identification of a person requesting services and to record information relative to the transaction.
HB 409 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/CI - Retain original provisions, except delete definition of locksmith; redefine locksmith; delete requirements that customer provide locksmith with Social Security number and birth date; make other changes to subject opening devices other than keys to the prohibition.
