AN ACT relating to wills.
     Amend KRS 394.092 to require that property prevented from passing to a former spouse because of revocation by divorce or annulment passes to a specifically named contingent beneficiary as if the former spouse failed to survive the decedent; require that if there is no specifically named contingent beneficiary entitled to the former spouse's inheritance, the property passes to the residuary estate.
