AN ACT relating to sanitation districts.
     Amend KRS 220.140 to establish the composition of multicounty sanitation district boards if the district is coextensive with the boundaries of two (2) or more counties to consist of four (4) members appointed by the county judge/executive of the county with the greatest population, and two (2) members appointed by the county judge/executive of each of the remaining counties.
