AN ACT relating to cellular antenna towers.
Amend KRS 268.665 to require the Public Service Commission to require an applicant for a cellular antenna tower to provide certified mail notice to owners of land contiguous to the property where the tower will be located when the tower will be located in an unincorporated area.
