AN ACT relating to disability retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.615 and 16.582 to prohibit the County Employees Retirement System from recalling a hazardous duty disability recipient to determine if he is still suffering from a disability, from requiring the recipient to return to work, and from discontinuing or reducing the recipient's benefit for not working.
