Amend KRS 525.115 to enhance the penalty for the first offense of violating a grave from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony.

HCS - Amend KRS 525.115 to enhance the penalty for the first offense of violating a grave from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony. Delete penalty increase. Require defendant to restore cemetery to predamage condition.
