AN ACT relating to tobacco.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 248 to require the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate administrative regulations establishing the height and weight requirements for a basket of tobacco; amend KRS 248.990 to conform; repeal KRS 248.390.
