AN ACT relating to income taxes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide a tax credit against the corporate income tax of $3 per each ton of coal mined in Kentucky and used for electricity in Kentucky; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform; apply to taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2001.
