AN ACT relating to the school term.
     Amend KRS 158.070, relating to the school term, to increase the minimum school term from 185 to 190 days and to increase the number of instructional days from 175 to 180 days; amend KRS 157.320, 157.350, 157.360, 157.420, 158.080, and 161.623 to conform; EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004.
