AN ACT relating to death investigations.
     Amend KRS 72.020 to require that if an autopsy is performed on a child less than age 18 years, the parents or guardian be notified if any vital organs are retained by the coroner and that any vital organs be returned to the parent or guardian when criminal prosecution has ended.
