AN ACT proposing to amend Section 28 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to the separation of governmental powers.
Propose to amend Section 28 of the Kentucky Constitution to give the General Assembly authority to establish a process for General Assembly's or a designated agency's or committee's review, approval, or rejection of administrative regulations of the executive branch during or between regular sessions of the General Assembly; provide for submission to the voters.
