AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 228 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to the oath of office.
     Propose to amend Section 228 of the Kentucky Constitution to eliminate provisions against dueling in the oath of office of officers and attorneys; propose to repeal Section 239 and Section 240; submit to voters.
