AN ACT relating to all-terrain vehicles.
Amend KRS 189.515, regarding all-terrain vehicles, to allow an ATV operator to cross a public highway, and allow ATV operators engaged in agriculture related activities, construction, road maintenance, and snow removal to drive on public highways, except interstates and parkways, and to make technical corrections.
HB 495 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete provision of original bill which allowed operation of an ATV on a highway for agriculture, construction, or road maintenance; limit ability of ATVs to cross highways, and require operators of ATV to have a valid license, observe all traffic regulations, use headlights, and operate only during daytime hours, when they are on a highway.
