AN ACT relating to traumatic brain injury.
Amend KRS 211.470 and 211.472 to make technical corrections; amend 211.474 to cover mental health services by the traumatic brain injury trust fund and permit the board of the traumatic brain injury trust fund to cover environmental modifications, special medical equipment and supplies, and behavioral programs.
HB 497 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, J. Rose) - Add that individuals who qualify for institutional care through Medicaid and are not able to access needed services are qualified for services through the trust fund; add institutionalization and hospitalization to covered services.
