AN ACT relating to elementary and secondary schools.
Amend KRS 158.175 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to develop a program of instruction relating to the United States and the Kentucky state flags; require that the program of instruction be provided to each public school for use in its course of instruction.

HFA (1, J. Vincent) - Delete the requirement for instruction regarding the Kentucky state flag; correct U. S. Code citations relating to the United States flag.
