AN ACT relating to the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
     Amend KRS 200.672 to add that rights for infants, toddlers, and parents served by the Kentucky Early Intervention System are mandated by participation in Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act; deletes limitation to available funding.
