AN ACT relating to the executive branch code of ethics.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 11A to prohibit a public servant from advocating or influencing in any way the employment, appointment, promotion, transfer, or advancement of a member of the public servant's family to an executive branch position of employment that the public servant supervises or manages; prohibit a public servant from participation in an action relating to the discipline of a family member; direct that the new section is not to be construed to prohibit a public servant's family members from being employed in the same agency.
