AN ACT relating to operators of motor vehicles.
     Amend KRS 189.930 relating to driver's duties upon approach of emergency vehicle to specify that when driver approaches a stopped emergency vehicle the driver shall move to the lane furthest from the emergency vehicle, or slow down as necessary if lane change cannot be safely made.
