AN ACT relating to property.
Amend KRS 427.150 to exempt from attachment a payment on account of personal bodily injury, not including pain and suffering of the debtor or an individual of whom the debtor is a dependent; exempt a payment for pain and suffering on account of personal bodily injury, not to exceed $50,000, of the debtor or an individual of whom the debtor is a dependent.
HB 526 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete amendments to KRS 427.150 in original bill and replace with a single amendment to raise the exemption amount from $7,500 to $15,000.
