AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 218A.1412 relating to trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree to make a technical correction; amend KRS 508.025 relating to assault in the third degree to broaden the prohibition upon persons confined in correctional facilities throwing or otherwise depositing body substances and body fluids on correctional employees.
