AN ACT relating to workers' compensation
     Amend KRS 342.0011 to delete the definition of "managed health care system;" amend KRS 342.020 to delete language referring to the use of a managed health care system, and permit an injured employee to select the physician to treat the employee's work-related injury or occupational disease; amend KRS 342.990 to conform.
