AN ACT relating to speed limits.
     Require the Transportation Cabinet to raise the speed limit on KY 80 between Hazard in Perry County to Prestonsburg in Floyd County; permit the speed limit to be temporarily reduced in case of an emergency condition or an active highway construction project.
