AN ACT relating to the planning commission in counties with populations in excess of 300,000.
     Amend KRS 100.137 to increase the number of citizen members of a planning commission appointed by the county judge/executive and mayor from 6 to 10, for a total commission membership of 14; require that 7 of the 10 citizen members appointed have no direct financial interest in land development or construction industry.
