AN ACT relating to overweight and overdimensional permits.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to establish an annual limited area overweight / overdimensional permit for soil conservation and other specialized equipment, set fee for permit at $100, establish maximum dimensions and weights of equipment eligible for permit, limit area of travel to county where equipment is based and adjoining counties, and establish requirements for escort vehicles; amend KRS 189.990 to establish penalties for violation of permit, weight, and escort provisions.
